Sometimes a course correction is sorely needed, but the decision where to go can be baffling. So I’m turning to the friends of CryptoVille to see what they think and what interests them most. Please read on and respond so I can make the CryptoVille experience even better for you!
Things have gotten very predictable on the CryptoVille blog in the last couple years. I’m feeling a little tired of it, and the same old kind of stories that I post. I’m thinking you may be feeling tired of it too.
What Do You Want To See?
So I’m wondering what interests you? What would you like to see or read about?
Here are some things to consider:
- Would you like to see more articles on a particular creature or phenomenon?
- Do you enjoy the articles about strange and unusual creatures that turn out to be real?
- What about the human cryptid series where I cover people who are doing really extraordinary things (at least in my opinion)?
- Overall, are the articles too long? Would you like to have smaller bites of information to read in the course of your busy days and hectic schedules?
- I seem to mostly cover US stories because that’s where I am. It’s hard to find out much about cryptids that may be living abroad. So I started the Guest Blogger program. What do you think about that?
Site Performance
The website has been upgraded a few times and I’m not entirely happy with the results. For one thing, all the “Likes” that I accrued on each article were reset back to zero!
So I’m thinking about getting the website revamped, but before I do that, I’d like to know what you think would be helpful, and what you’d like to see.

I like your stories. I don’t like ghost stuff. I like strange animals, unsolved mysteries and any new clues we may have found to help figure them out. I like people who have unusual abilities. Very fascinating. I like UFO stories with real (not photo shopped pics). But it’s impossible nowadays to know if they have been.
You’re articles aren’t too long. They are well written and researched. Your opinions make nice imput. I would like to know if Roswell was real, tired of anything about Big Foot, there are some pics on the internet of what look like live aliens. I would like to know more about them.

I do have to say though, this is the first time in quite a while I’ve gotten an email notice that you posted something here. I used to get a lot of them. Haven’t gotten any in a while and I check the box to get them. They are nice for I forget to check the site.

I like any article on weird creatures real or mythical. The length of articles is fine.I like to also hear about people who study them or are experts.
